💰 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices and promotions may change without prior notice

  • Payment must be completed before order processing, except for Cash on Delivery (COD)

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 4–6 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

  • Comfy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement

  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

  • Return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective

  • All products sold by Comfy are 100% genuine and carefully inspected before dispatch

  • Product images are for reference only; slight variations may occur

🔐 User Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and shipping information

  • Comfy is not liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer
