📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Shoes showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the product is defective or damaged, return shipping will be covered by Comfy


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective

  • Customers may exchange for a different size or design within 7 days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or worn shoes

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
